About the Role

You will develop on-chain infrastructure for bringing Vaults to market. You will define how vaults are structured, issued, funded, allocated, and serviced, while owning deposits, redemptions, and liquidity buffers. You will coordinate launch timelines across functions and address custody, KYC, permissioning, and jurisdiction requirements.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of and interest in DeFi markets, trends, and key players
  • Significant experience in strategy, funds, product, consulting, financial services, or a technology-driven environment
  • Understanding of the end-to-end vault lifecycle from access and funding through allocation, pricing, and repayment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to operate in ambiguity and under pressure
  • High levels of drive, ownership, and accountability

Responsibilities

  • Define how vaults are structured, issued, funded, allocated, and serviced on-chain
  • Own deposit, redemption, and liquidity-buffer processes
  • Align Engineering, Product, and Commercial teams on launch timelines and risk mitigation
  • Work with Compliance and Product Operations on custody, KYC, permissioning, and jurisdiction
