About the Role
You will own logistics and asset lifecycles for a hyperscale data center site. You will manage receiving, shipping, tracking, inventory counts, parts fulfillment, vendor coordination, RMAs, warranty claims, security escorts, and inventory performance reporting.
Requirements
- Experience owning on-site logistics and asset management in a data center, warehouse, or high-volume hardware environment
- Experience maintaining 99%+ inventory accuracy through cycle counts and real-time tracking
- Experience managing vendors, RMAs, and inbound and outbound logistics
- Experience building inventory metrics and improving processes
- Asset management systems
- Barcode tracking
- RFID tracking
Responsibilities
- Own site logistics and asset lifecycles
- Maintain asset tracking from receipt through decommissioning
- Manage receiving, shipping, inspection, and tracking updates
- Run cycle audits and physical inventory counts
- Fulfill parts requests and organize staging areas
- Process RMAs, warranty claims, and replacements
- Report inventory performance, turns, and obsolescence
