About the Role

You will define and run the global hardware repair program across data centers. You will manage repair turnaround, backlog, RMA and reverse logistics, vendor performance, spares planning, and repair procedures. You will analyze failures, drive corrective actions, communicate fleet risks, and improve repair quality and service availability.

Requirements

• 8+ years of data-center operations experience with production-availability accountability
• Experience running large-scale, multi-site break-fix programs
• Experience managing vendors, OEMs, or contract workforces against operational outcomes
• Hands-on technical knowledge of server, network, and rack-level hardware
• Experience improving operational processes
• Ability to use ticket, telemetry, and inventory data for decision-making

Responsibilities

• Define global repair strategy, SLAs, prioritization rules, escalation paths, and reporting methods
• Own repair turnaround time and repair backlog across the fleet
• Create and improve triage, break-fix, and return-to-service procedures
• Manage RMA, reverse-logistics, warranty, and vendor repair programs
• Set site and part spares-pool sizing and stocking levels
• Analyze failure patterns and drive corrective actions with engineering, suppliers, and site operations
• Lead vendor and site repair reviews, scorecards, and corrective actions
• Communicate repair risks and fleet-availability impacts to engineering and leadership
