About the Role
You will build the operating model for structured products on-chain. You will define how products are originated, issued, subscribed to, settled, and serviced throughout their lifecycle. You will facilitate complex product deals, shape appropriate payoffs, align delivery timelines, and translate financial requirements into technical specifications.
Requirements
- Experience working on or around structured products
- Significant experience in strategy, structuring, product, consulting, financial services, or a technology-driven environment
- Deep understanding of the end-to-end trade lifecycle from pre-trade execution and settlement through post-trade management and reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and under pressure
- High levels of drive, ownership, and accountability
Responsibilities
- Define how structured products are originated, issued, settled, and serviced on-chain
- Facilitate complex product deals through final technical deployment
- Align Engineering, Product, and Commercial teams on deal timelines and risk mitigation
- Work with issuers and partners to identify demand and appropriate payoffs
- Translate financial requirements into technical specifications
