About the Role

You will drive operational excellence across business operations and security initiatives. You will manage complex projects, coordinate stakeholders, establish plans and timelines, track deliverables, resolve blockers, improve processes, collect compliance evidence, and maintain accountability across cross-functional work. You will also support operational priorities and employee and business needs with strong attention to detail and urgency.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in business operations project management program management strategy management consulting or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to independently drive complex cross-functional projects to completion.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with GRC SOC 2 compliance risk management or security operations is a plus but not required.
• Experience in a startup high-growth technology fintech or crypto environment is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Security+ and PMP certifications are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of ad hoc operational priorities and projects.
• Support employee and business needs across People IT Finance Security and Operations.
• Manage high-visibility cross-functional technical projects.
• Drive documentation evidence collection process improvements and follow-up for compliance and business operations.
• Establish project plans milestones owners dependencies timelines and success criteria.
• Drive accountability across stakeholders and keep deliverables on track.
• Identify risks blockers and dependencies and resolve them proactively.
• Complete projects with quality attention to detail and urgency.
