About the Role

You will manage the end-to-end transfer of assets on and off the platform using electronic and paper methods. You will process holdings transfers issue stock transfer forms investigate requests resolve queries liaise with counterparties monitor reports and support accurate reporting and process improvement.

Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong customer service background
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work accurately and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Financial services and FCA regulation knowledge desirable

Responsibilities

  • Manage electronic and paper transfer processes
  • Transfer platform holdings in and out of custody
  • Issue stock transfer forms and process electronic re-registrations
  • Maintain accurate transfer positions
  • Investigate transfer requests and resolve client queries
  • Agree trade and settlement instructions with counterparties
  • Monitor fund manager reports and take required action
  • Support inbound calls from corporate clients and plan managers
  • Report team management information
  • Support continuous process improvement
