About the Role

You will monitor customer activity and cryptocurrency trading operations, manage exceptions and inventory accounts, analyze data, reconcile ledger discrepancies, and support anti-money laundering investigations. You will also improve workflows, policies, and tools, communicate clearly with partners, handle ad hoc projects, and work weekends as needed.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in broker-dealer, financial services, or cryptocurrency operations; back-office experience is a plus.
• Strong desire to learn professional and technical skills.
• Ability to work effectively and supportively within a team environment.
• Ability to work independently as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to adapt to changing business and regulatory environments.
• Willingness to take ownership of new responsibilities.
• Proficiency with Google office products and Microsoft Excel.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency, wallets, and trading is preferred.
• Familiarity with SQL and Python is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily surveillance of all customer activity.
• Perform daily trading and cash management operations.
• Monitor cryptocurrency trade execution and manage exceptions.
• Manage cryptocurrency inventory accounts.
• Analyze operational data.
• Review general ledger accounts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Support anti-money laundering program activities and suspicious activity investigations.
• Drive improvements across workflows, policies, and tools.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to improve products and user experiences.
• Communicate complex topics clearly and meaningfully.
• Complete ad hoc duties and projects.
• Work weekends as needed.
