About the Role
You will support the delivery of innovation and acceleration projects while applying design thinking lean startup and agile methods. You will maintain project documentation collect performance data coordinate stakeholders organise events identify risks and help develop mitigation strategies.
Requirements
- Degree-level education in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with design thinking lean startup and agile methodologies
- Interest in innovation technology or digital ecosystems
- Experience from academic projects internships or personal initiatives
- Relationship-building problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience gathering documenting and maintaining project requirements
- Ability to identify issues and maintain project documentation
- Adaptability proactivity determination and eagerness to learn
- Commitment to equality diversity and inclusion
- Successful completion of BPSS clearance
Responsibilities
- Assist with innovation and acceleration projects
- Apply design thinking lean startup and agile methodologies
- Maintain project documentation databases and knowledge platforms
- Coordinate communication between stakeholders and internal teams
- Organise innovation events and workshops
- Collect data for performance metrics and reporting
- Identify and escalate project risks
