About the Role
You will own the onsite employee technology experience and provide responsive support across devices, applications, access, conferencing, and workplace technology. You will administer identity, SaaS, endpoint, and security platforms; improve office infrastructure; build automation and integrations; and use operational signals to improve self-service and resolution quality.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in IT engineering, systems administration, technical support, or a related role
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience providing hands-on IT support in an onsite environment
- Depth in at least two workplace IT disciplines
- Experience administering identity, SaaS, or collaboration platforms
- Ability to write and maintain scripts or integrations in TypeScript, Python, or another modern language
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, wired and wireless networks, and troubleshooting
Responsibilities
- Provide onsite IT support across devices, applications, access, conferencing, and workplace technology
- Maintain office networks, conferencing, vendor coordination, and hardware and software asset lifecycles
- Support office expansions, moves, infrastructure changes, handoffs, runbooks, and knowledge bases
- Administer Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, GitHub, Zoom, Microsoft 365, and other SaaS platforms
- Automate employee lifecycle management, provisioning, group management, and access reviews
- Administer MDM and endpoint security platforms
- Develop scripts, integrations, tooling, API workflows, and IT infrastructure automation
- Implement monitoring and observability for IT systems
- Improve AI-enabled ITSM, self-service, automation, and support resolution quality
