About the Role
You will build account-level product-led growth signals and publish models used for sales scoring and routing. You will create in-product routes from self-serve use to sales, run experiments, instrument product events, and measure outcomes through pipeline. You will also build internal tools and integrate product signals with sales and GTM systems.
Requirements
- 2+ years as a growth, GTM, data, or full-stack engineer shipping production code
- Experience with TypeScript, React, and Python
- Strong SQL skills and experience building warehouse data models
- Experience instrumenting product events and running A/B experiments
- Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party GTM-tool integrations
- Commercial problem-solving ability
Responsibilities
- Build account-level product-led growth signals and sales models
- Create in-product paths from self-serve use to sales
- Lead sales-assist experiments from hypothesis through rollout
- Instrument product experiences and measure pipeline outcomes
- Build internal tools and automation for Growth and GTM teams
- Partner with sales, data science, marketing, and product to turn product signals into pipeline
- Integrate product signals with Salesforce, CPQ, routing, and sales reporting systems
