About the Role
You will own the systems and integrations that move data and money from signed deals to invoicing and revenue reporting. You will design reliable workflows across CRM, CPQ, billing, finance systems, and the data warehouse; automate manual work with AI; improve data quality; and maintain sound release, access, testing, and documentation practices.

Responsibilities
- Design and maintain quote-to-cash systems and integrations across CRM, CPQ, billing, finance systems, marketing automation, and the data warehouse
- Map critical data flows and improve high-value integrations and workflows
- Develop AI-powered and agent-based workflows that reduce manual work
- Automate billing-critical workflows, including upgrades, refunds, renewals, true-ups, and credit deferment
- Improve data integrity, reporting, reconciliation, validation, and monitoring
- Maintain access controls, change management, release practices, documentation, tests, runbooks, and code review practices
