About the Role
You will own and improve developer-facing product surfaces, including the public REST API, client SDKs, Agent SDK, documentation, examples, starter repositories, and CLI tools. You will shape API design, versioning, error handling, rate limiting, and developer ergonomics. You will build TypeScript and Python SDKs, launch new SDKs, and develop support for multi-step agentic workloads. You will improve entry points for developers and AI coding agents, collaborate across DevRel, Product, and Platform, and identify and deliver solutions to gaps in the developer ecosystem.
Requirements
- 5+ years building external-facing developer products, APIs, SDKs, or developer platforms
- Strong API and SDK design skills
- Strong TypeScript skills
- Experience shipping libraries that developers integrate with
- Interest in agentic systems
- Strong written communication for documentation, changelogs, and SDK reference material
- Ability to own a product line in a small company with fluid team boundaries
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the public REST API, including API design, ergonomics, versioning, errors, and rate limiting
- Build and maintain TypeScript and Python client SDKs
- Lead launches for upcoming SDKs
- Ship and expand the Agent SDK for multi-step agentic workloads
- Improve documentation, examples, and starter repositories as developer entry points
- Make developer-facing surfaces usable by AI coding agents
- Collaborate with DevRel, Product, and Platform to identify and address developer ecosystem gaps
