About the Role
You will design and deliver an internal-events strategy. You will plan events end-to-end, including logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site execution. You will maintain relationships with venues and service providers, support internal hosts at the headquarters, and ensure events meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience including 3 years as an Event Manager or in a similar role
- Organizational and project-management skills
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Network of trusted Paris vendors and venues
- Fluency in English and French
Responsibilities
- Design and execute an internal-events strategy
- Plan and manage events from start to finish
- Coordinate logistics vendors and on-site execution
- Build relationships with vendors venues and service providers in Paris
- Act as the primary contact for internal teams hosting events at headquarters
- Deliver events on time within budget and to high standards
