About the Role

You will define the events strategy and operating model, build and lead the events organization, and oversee a global portfolio of flagship programs. You will allocate budgets, establish planning standards, manage agencies and vendors, partner with business leaders, and ensure high-quality event execution.

Requirements

• Experience building and leading an events function at a high-growth company
• Experience hiring, managing, and developing event teams
• Experience managing a portfolio of flagship event programs
• Experience managing large multimillion-dollar event budgets and ROI measurement
• Experience negotiating and managing agencies, production companies, venues, and vendors
• Leadership, cross-functional influence, and executive communication skills
• Knowledge of Salesforce, event management platforms, and registration tools
• Willingness to travel for onsite event production and execution

Responsibilities

• Define the overall flagship events strategy and portfolio
• Build, hire, lead, and develop the events team
• Own global events budget allocation, forecasting, reconciliation, and ROI
• Set the annual events calendar and planning process
• Define standards, playbooks, production quality, and measurement frameworks
• Manage portfolio-level agency and vendor relationships, including MSAs
• Provide executive oversight for flagship programs and major conferences
• Partner with Marketing, Brand, Sales Enablement, People, Finance, Legal, and executive leadership
