About the Role
You will own the global internal events experience from strategy and concept through onsite execution. You will lead company offsites, all-hands, celebrations, and office programming; manage budgets and vendors; create scalable toolkits; measure engagement; and lead producers and coordinators as the function grows.
Requirements
- Work five days a week in the office
- Have 8+ years of events experience, including 3+ years leading internal or corporate events
- Run end-to-end events including strategy, planning, logistics, vendor management, run-of-show creation, and onsite execution
- Produce events for 10 to 1,000+ attendees, including multi-day international offsites
- Own large budgets and manage vendors across multiple regions
- Partner with executives and senior leadership
- Travel up to 40%, including internationally
Responsibilities
- Define and own the global events strategy and annual calendar
- Lead flagship company events from venue sourcing through onsite execution
- Deliver consistent event experiences across offices and regions
- Build self-serve toolkits, budgets, and guidelines for team events
- Own the global events budget, vendor negotiations, and contracts
- Partner with internal stakeholders on event programming and decisions
- Craft pre-event and post-event communications
- Measure attendance, engagement, and employee feedback
- Lead producers and coordinators as the function grows
- Attend major events in person to lead execution
