About the Role
You will coordinate schedules, staffing, resource allocation, and operational workflows across customer integration projects. You will build dashboards and capacity forecasts, incorporate hardware readiness into project plans, track finances and assets, and partner with finance, legal, business operations, logistics, supply chain, and integration leaders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in project scheduling, resource allocation, program operations, or professional services operations
- Hands-on expertise with project scheduling tools
- Experience building operational dashboards and reporting suites
- Experience managing complex scheduling dependencies involving hardware lead times, resource capabilities, and cross-functional handoffs
- Authorization to work in the United States
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project timetables, milestones, critical paths, and task sequences
- Analyze integration pipelines and plan staffing allocations
- Match Field Application Engineers and Integration Project Managers to customer engagements
- Monitor team assignments and operational readiness
- Track manufacturing lead times, hardware availability, and finished goods inventory
- Build and optimize portfolio dashboards and analytics
- Forecast capacity and balance resource loads
- Track project burn rates, portfolio finances, and milestone billings
- Coordinate contracts, Statements of Work, and legal documentation
- Align shipment dates with engineer site arrivals
- Manage Customer Specific Integration assets
