About the Role

You will support senior coverage of market maker and institutional client relationships by attending meetings, managing follow-ups, and serving as a day-to-day contact. You will own smaller relationships from outreach through onboarding and ongoing engagement, coordinate with product, legal, compliance, and operations, monitor account activity, prepare client materials, attend industry events, and share client feedback with internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a client-facing financial services role, such as institutional sales support, prime brokerage, trading operations, or capital markets
  • Understanding of market makers, trading firms, and institutional investors
  • Organization and responsiveness in client relationship management
  • Written and in-person communication skills
  • Familiarity with trading, market structure, or financial products
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with product, legal, compliance, and operations
  • Experience at a crypto exchange, digital asset prime broker, or institutional fintech is a plus
  • Familiarity with market making, liquidity provision, or electronic trading is a plus
  • Understanding of prediction markets, information markets, or alternative data is a plus
  • Experience coordinating institutional onboarding across legal and compliance is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Support senior coverage of market maker and institutional client relationships

  • Own smaller or developing institutional relationships from outreach through onboarding and ongoing engagement
  • Coordinate onboarding for market makers and institutional clients with product, legal, and compliance
  • Monitor relationship health, track activity, flag issues, and identify expansion opportunities
  • Prepare client meeting, pitch, and onboarding materials
  • Represent the business at industry events and client meetings
  • Synthesize client feedback and relay it to product and markets teams
