About the Role

You will nurture post-sale member relationships, drive Tide account activations, and identify revenue opportunities. You will contact existing and prospective members through calls, emails, and outreach; understand their business needs; recommend relevant products; and support members through setup. You will collaborate with other departments on product launches and deliver high-quality member support.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of tele-sales experience focused on revenue generation
• Excellent written and spoken English and Hindi skills
• Previous customer service or tele-sales experience
• Ability to upsell to prospective members
• Knowledge of compliance, KYC, AML, and associated regulations
• Ability to handle objections and achieve revenue goals
• Experience in fintech or digital banking is preferred

Responsibilities

• Nurture member relationships after the sale
• Achieve Tide account activation targets
• Engage existing members through calls and build rapport
• Upsell relevant products and services
• Collaborate with departments to pitch upcoming product launches
• Source revenue-generating leads independently
• Recommend relevant products and services to prospective members
• Conduct cold calls, emails, and outreach
• Coach members through the setup process
• Provide high-quality member support
