About the Role
You will join Vivid's growing sales team in Spain as a native Spanish speaking Account Executive, helping drive growth in the business banking division. You'll sell and promote business accounts to small and medium business owners and freelancers, using your strong communication skills and understanding of business banking needs to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
Requirements
- Degree in business administration, finance or a related field (and/or relevant professional experience)
- Experience in account management, ideally in the FinTech or financial services sector
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric focus
- Analytical thinking with a structured and results-oriented working style
- Proficiency in CRM systems and common office applications
- Fluency in Spanish and English; other languages are a plus
- High motivation and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients while acquiring new accounts
- Proactively support clients in using the products and services
- Analyze client needs to offer personalized solutions
- Manage accounts autonomously and take responsibility for their growth and satisfaction
- Assist clients through the onboarding process to maximize use of services
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to relay client feedback and improve products
- Participate in executing cross-selling and upselling initiatives to reach revenue targets
- Prepare regular reports and analysis on client activity and key performance indicators
