About the Role
You will identify high-impact customer tasks that can be automated, act as the primary customer contact, and partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to integrate solutions. You will coordinate training, build demonstrations, and present results to strategic stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience selling and implementing complex IT solutions for customers
- Technical experience with AI/ML systems
- Fluency in at least one backend language, such as Python, Go, Node.js, or Java
- English fluency
- Problem-solving skills
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to travel for on-site deployments or customer engagements
