About the Role

You will lead new-site, product, and expansion implementations for Federal accounts. You will serve as the primary implementation contact, create and execute project plans, and guide projects through kickoff, configuration, testing, clinician training, go-live, and post-live success. You will manage risks and contingencies, develop implementation strategy, improve tools and processes, build scalable operating practices, and use data to monitor partnership success.

Requirements

  • Track record of successful healthcare technology implementations
  • Experience with new-site implementation and ongoing product implementation and adoption
  • Ability to develop implementation methodology and manage scaled teams
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and quality
  • Stakeholder relationship-management skills
  • Data-driven decision-making skills
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
  • 7+ years of project-management experience focused on software deployment and implementation

Responsibilities

  • Lead new-site, product, and large-scale expansion implementations
  • Serve as the primary implementation contact for Federal counterparts
  • Create, coordinate, and execute project plans
  • Lead project phases from kickoff through post-live success
  • Identify project risks and issues and develop contingency plans
  • Develop and execute implementation strategy for site activations and product adoption
  • Improve implementation processes and tools
  • Create repeatable processes that scale the Federal program
