About the Role

You will lead Foreign Military Sales program execution from contract award through delivery, acceptance, training, sustainment, and follow-on support. You will manage customer and stakeholder relationships, track program financials and schedules, mitigate risks and delays, coordinate delivery activities, and lead internal and customer meetings.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Department of Defense program management experience
• Ability to manage advanced programs consisting of multiple interrelated projects
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally
• Experience with Microsoft Project or Smartsheet
• Leadership, time management, organization, and team management skills
• Interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Understanding of complex project financials
• Ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance

Responsibilities

• Lead Foreign Military Sales programs from contract award through delivery, acceptance, training, sustainment, and follow-on support
• Manage relationships with U.S. Government and international customers
• Coordinate with government program offices, contracting organizations, international partners, engineering, operations, logistics, and sustainment teams
• Balance customer priorities across cost, schedule, technical performance, and contractual requirements
• Track and report budget, resources, schedules, and project management metrics
• Complete critical-path analyses and mitigate program risks
• Identify bottlenecks and delays and keep projects on schedule
• Manage international delivery, training, fielding, sustainment, and acceptance activities
• Lead internal and customer meetings and follow-up activities
