About the Role
You will lead end-to-end implementations for new and existing customers, establish implementation strategy, scope solutions with sales and solutions teams, and convert launch visions into tactical plans. You will manage implementation teams, schedules, risks, handoffs, deliverables, and customer relationships while refining best practices and developing a repeatable implementation playbook.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in consulting and/or implementation
- MBA or relevant master’s degree in healthcare or management, or relevant experience
- Expertise in implementation, customer engagement, project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration
- Experience with technology-heavy software implementations
- Experience with end-to-end health plan implementations
- Customer-facing experience
- Experience managing implementation teams and resources
- Experience building scalable implementation processes
- Proficiency with PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, and Excel
- Healthcare consulting experience with payers and providers preferred
- Familiarity with prior authorization or utilization management implementations preferred
- Familiarity with value-based care and digital health trends preferred
- Exposure to product development preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation efforts
- Establish implementation strategy
- Partner with the solutions team to scope and contract solutions
- Convert launch and expansion visions into implementation plans
- Manage handoffs between sales, implementation, and client performance teams
- Track implementation progress, risks, issues, schedules, and deliverables
- Manage implementation teams and cross-functional resources
- Act as liaison between client implementation teams and internal teams
- Build customer relationships during implementation
- Refine implementation best practices
- Create an implementation playbook for future customers
