About the Role
You will support the development and execution of AI and HPC data center infrastructure projects. You will maintain schedules, reconcile vendor payments, organize permits and technical documents, prepare meeting materials and status reports, coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, and support on-site logistics, safety, quality, and document control.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a coordination or administrative role
- Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Project management tools such as Procore, Microsoft Project, or Smartsheet
- Ability to travel to project sites and move safely through construction environments
- Basic understanding of data center infrastructure or MEP systems
Responsibilities
- Assist with maintaining master project schedules
- Track project milestones and update timelines in project management software
- Coordinate meetings across global time zones
- Reconcile vendor invoices against contracts
- Track budget expenditures and assist with financial forecasts and cost-to-complete reports
- Maintain project documentation including permits, drawings, and change orders
- Prepare meeting agendas and record minutes
- Track action items and follow up on deadlines
- Coordinate subcontractor and supplier administrative requirements
- Consolidate stakeholder data for project status reports
- Support on-site project logistics
- Manage technical specifications and submittal distribution
