About the Role
You oversee multiple projects, define scope and deliverables, identify risks, streamline workflows, coordinate meetings, communicate status to executives and stakeholders, establish OKRs, enforce project procedures, and maintain relationships across Trading, Operations, and Engineering.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional project or program management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a similar field
- Familiarity with Jira
- Familiarity with Agile development
- Experience establishing and tracking OKRs
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changing business requirements and manage conflicting priorities
- Experience creating and refining processes
Responsibilities
- Determine project scope, goals, timelines, resourcing needs, and deliverables
- Identify potential risks and challenges
- Streamline workflows to improve team efficiency
- Coordinate and schedule project-level meetings and activities
- Automate and streamline existing processes and future initiatives
- Communicate and present project and program status
- Facilitate strategic goal-setting initiatives using OKRs
- Develop and enforce project procedures and rules
- Establish and maintain relationships with Trading, Operations, and Engineering teams
