About the Role

You will lead the coordination and execution of external integrations, partner onboarding, internal programs, and operational readiness initiatives. You will manage plans, dependencies, risks, communications, documentation, reporting, compliance requirements, and stakeholder alignment to help initiatives ship on schedule and with quality.

Requirements

  • Technical program, partner integration, or cross-functional initiative leadership experience
  • External vendor, partner, or client-facing delivery experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Software delivery lifecycle knowledge
  • Ability to work from technical documentation and API specifications
  • Independent risk identification and issue resolution
  • Fintech or crypto experience preferred
  • Technical delivery experience preferred
  • Partner onboarding and compliance process experience preferred
  • AI tools and automation familiarity preferred
  • Jira or Confluence familiarity preferred

Responsibilities

  • Organize execution for integrations and onboarding initiatives
  • Own project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and assumptions
  • Coordinate cross-functional dependencies
  • Identify risks and propose mitigations
  • Maintain program status and decision information
  • Align engineering and product leaders
  • Translate between technical, product, and business contexts
  • Facilitate decisions and remove ambiguity
  • Communicate with vendors, partners, and clients
  • Document agreements and action items
  • Track project metrics and delivery health
  • Prepare weekly status updates
  • Maintain program documentation
  • Support leadership planning and follow-ups
