About the Role
You will lead end-to-end immigration and mobility operations across entities and EOR locations. You will manage vendor governance, escalations, compliance reporting, process automation, entity onboarding, programme metrics, and cross-functional guidance on complex mobility matters.

Responsibilities
- Mature the Global Mobility and Immigration Centre of Excellence operating model
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members
- Own end-to-end immigration and mobility casework delivery
- Lead vendor governance, performance tracking, invoicing, and reviews
- Manage escalations for complex and high-risk cases
- Lead compliance governance, audit readiness, and compliance reporting
- Drive automation and process improvement initiatives
- Lead immigration and mobility onboarding for new entities and locations
- Own programme performance metrics and governance reporting
- Partner with Legal, Tax, People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and People Partnering
