About the Role
You will own people operations infrastructure for salaried and shift-based employees, including onboarding, HRIS, payroll, benefits, leave, immigration, and compliance. You will configure Rippling workflows and reporting, automate recurring processes, manage people data, and quantify the cost of poor hiring decisions.
Requirements
- Hands-on Rippling configuration experience
- 5+ years of People Operations experience
- Experience supporting an hourly or shift-based workforce
- Experience analyzing attrition, retention, and span of control
- Experience using AI tools to automate work
- Knowledge of multi-state employment, wage and hour, and production-environment compliance
- American citizenship
Responsibilities
- Own onboarding, HRIS, payroll, benefits, leave, immigration, and multi-state compliance
- Run Rippling workflows, approvals, onboarding, offboarding, provisioning, and reporting
- Automate recurring people operations processes using AI tools
- Manage headcount, attrition, retention, span-of-control, and flight-risk data
- Quantify the cost of a bad hire
