About the Role
You will establish and scale HR operations across APAC. You will execute regional payroll, oversee onboarding documentation, support employee inquiries and visas, launch compliant operations in new countries, manage vendors, automate workflows, and implement people procedures.
Requirements
- 8 to 15 years of progressive HR experience
- Expertise in Singaporean labor law and employment regulations
- Experience across APAC markets including South Korea, Australia, India, or Japan
- Knowledge of regional payroll, tax law, and Employer of Record frameworks
- Proficiency with HRIS and payroll management software
- Singapore citizenship or Permanent Residency status
Responsibilities
- Manage monthly payroll for employees and Employer of Record staff across APAC
- Oversee onboarding, contractual documentation, and HRIS records
- Resolve employee inquiries and coordinate international work visas
- Lead HR expansion and benefits administration in new countries
- Audit vendors, benchmark payroll providers, and automate workflows
- Implement compliant people procedures and best practices
