You will partner with technical leaders and teams through organizational change and growth. You will support organizational design, coach managers, drive performance and succession work, improve engagement and retention, and shape scalable people priorities and ways of working.
Requirements
- At least five years of HR Business Partner or People Partner experience
- Experience partnering with Engineering, Research, or similarly technical teams
- Experience in a startup, scale-up, or high-growth environment
- Experience supporting distributed teams and leaders
- Strong written communication
