About the Role
You support local short-term rental operations by organizing warehouse and storage spaces, tracking inventory, coordinating supply deliveries and retrievals, assisting with housekeeping and maintenance vendors, recording field activity data, and completing market-level projects. You rotate between warehouse and field work and use mobile scheduling, task tools, PMS platforms, and Google Workspace.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in operations coordination, logistics, or hospitality support

- Ability to work in fast-moving operational environments
- Ability to work in field, office, and warehouse environments
- Mobile scheduling experience
- Task tool experience
- PMS platform experience
- Google Workspace experience
- Authorization to work in the United States
Responsibilities
- Manage warehouse and storage space
- Track inventory usage and restock needs
- Coordinate delivery and retrieval of inventory and supplies
- Assist with housekeeping vendor management
- Assist with third-party maintenance vendor management
- Log field activity data into operational systems
- Report field activity data accurately and promptly
- Execute market-level projects
- Rotate between warehouse-based and field-based work
