About the Role
Support revenue operations focused on restaurant partners, loyalty initiatives, and the systems behind them. Design workflows, analyze performance, build hardware and inventory tracking systems, improve CRM data integrity, and execute revenue-generating initiatives.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in operations, revenue operations, analytics, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn messy data into clear insights
- Comfort working with Claude Code, SQL, CRMs such as HubSpot, Google Sheets, and reporting tools such as Metabase
- Coding or scripting experience in SQL, Python, or JavaScript is a strong plus
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams
- Ability to both build systems and execute within them
- Proactive, resourceful, and willing to take initiative in a fast-paced startup environment

- Design and operationalize repeatable workflows for loyalty and revenue-generating programs
- Develop performance analysis and reporting that deliver clear, actionable insights
- Implement lightweight systems for hardware and inventory tracking and reconciliation
- Contribute to CRM optimization, data integrity, and reporting accuracy
- Support and execute ad hoc initiatives to advance new revenue opportunities
