About the Role
You oversee day-to-day facilities operations for the Colombo office, maintain a safe and well-stocked workplace, manage supplies and vendors, coordinate maintenance and events, ensure regulatory compliance, and track budgets and financial reports.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in facilities management, office management, or a related role
- Experience managing multiple vendors in a Grade A commercial or corporate building
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent vendor negotiation and relationship management skills
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and office technology needs
- Strong communication skills in English and Sinhala
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Relevant professional certifications preferred
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day facilities management
- Maintain a clean, organised, and well-maintained office
- Manage office supplies inventory and restock consumables and equipment
- Conduct inspections and coordinate preventive and reactive maintenance
- Manage janitorial, greenery, maintenance, pantry, and IT-related vendors
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations
- Track and renew licenses, permits, and insurance policies
- Plan and coordinate office events, team lunches, and all-hands setups
- Manage budgets and financial reports
