About the Role
You will lead corporate headquarters operations, manage facilities budgets and vendors, oversee workplace services and compliance, coordinate procurement and logistics, deliver executive and visitor hospitality, and plan employee events and workplace engagement programs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive experience in workplace operations, facilities management, hospitality, or office leadership
- Experience managing operational budgets, procurement, vendors, contracts, and expense reconciliation
- Proficiency with macOS and workplace technology
- Experience with audiovisual equipment and conference room systems
- Experience using productivity, collaboration, service management, procurement, and expense management platforms
- Organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Customer-service experience
- Ability to influence cross-functional partners
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Operations Management, or a related field
- Experience supporting a corporate headquarters or multi-site workplace
- Facilities management, workplace experience, or project management certification
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day headquarters operations
- Manage the facilities operating budget
- Oversee workplace service requests
- Manage building and workplace service partners
- Lead workplace safety, emergency preparedness, and compliance initiatives
- Manage workplace facilities, meeting spaces, kitchens, and equipment
- Manage procurement, inventory, and vendor relationships
- Coordinate domestic and international shipping and receiving
- Deliver executive, visitor, employee, and candidate experiences
- Plan and execute corporate events and company-wide programs
- Support employee engagement, recognition, onboarding, and workplace celebrations
- Coordinate branded merchandise and employee gifting
