About the Role

You will coordinate procurement and workplace administration across Latin America. You will manage sourcing, supplier negotiations, purchase orders, contracts, budgets, audits, automation, and cost savings, while supporting office operations, workplace issues, employee activities, vendors, and the smooth operation of five regional offices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • 3–4 years of procurement experience
  • Experience with supplier negotiations, purchase order management, market analysis, and supplier evaluations
  • Experience leading automation and process improvement initiatives
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Advanced English proficiency
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience using ERP systems, procurement tools, supplier management platforms, and dashboard development tools such as Looker
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead procurement negotiations across seven countries
  • Oversee purchase order creation and supplier onboarding
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and internal controls
  • Identify and deliver regional cost-saving opportunities
  • Drive procurement automation and process improvements
  • Respond to internal and external audit requirements
  • Control the administrative LATAM operations budget
  • Train stakeholders on procurement processes
  • Participate in ERP and automation improvement groups
  • Manage office-maintenance vendor relationships and contract compliance
  • Resolve workplace and facilities concerns
  • Coordinate in-office activities and events
  • Manage administrative contracts and office budgets
  • Ensure efficient day-to-day operation of five regional offices
