About the Role

You will lead Front Desk and Hospitality and Facility Management teams, oversee workplace operations across German sites, and set consistent service and quality standards for subsidiaries. You will manage safety, infrastructure, energy, fleet, apartments, maintenance, moves, and vendors, while partnering on real-estate expansion and employee experience.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience managing team leads or managers
• At least 7 years of experience in facility and office management
• Experience setting or rolling out standards, guidelines, or governance frameworks across a multi-site or multi-entity organization
• Vendor management experience
• Budget or cost-control experience
• German and English working proficiency
• Driving license
• Willingness to travel to other sites and subsidiaries

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Front Desk and Hospitality and Facility Management team leads and teams
• Build the workplace operations function across sites
• Escalate workplace incidents and operational issues
• Set standards for reception, guest services, catering, amenities, and travel bookings
• Manage safety, emergency management, infrastructure, sustainability, energy, fleet, apartments, maintenance, moves, and vendors
• Oversee workplace services across German offices, research and development labs, and production sites
• Set workplace and facility standards for national and international subsidiaries
• Partner with real estate expansion and People and Talent teams
