About the Role
You will run daily laboratory operations, including ordering, inventory, equipment, consumables, shipping, receiving, scheduling, and space organization. You will build scalable procurement, tracking, maintenance, onboarding, training, and SOP systems. You will manage facilities, budgets, capital purchases, forecasting, reporting, and vendor and supplier relationships.

Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day laboratory operations
- Build procurement, inventory tracking, maintenance, onboarding, training, and SOP systems
- Manage facilities, space, buildouts, moves, and equipment installations
- Own the operating budget and capital equipment purchasing process
- Manage vendor, supplier, and contract research organization relationships
