About the Role

You will schedule work-order releases and subassembly work orders based on demand, materials, resources, and production needs. You will identify delivery and expediting needs, track design changes, manage returns and ERP records, finalize bills of materials with Engineering, and develop planning systems using NetSuite and other planning tools. You will communicate timelines and constraints across procurement, engineering, and operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 5+ years of production or engineering experience
• Experience in production planning and multi-level bill-of-material configurations
• Knowledge of production planning systems
• Experience supporting new product launches
• Understanding of ERP systems and inventory management
• Ability to comply with U.S. export control regulations, which may include meeting the definition of a U.S. Person where required

Responsibilities

• Schedule cell work-order releases based on customer demand, kitting, design readiness, material availability, resources, and floorspace
• Schedule subassembly work orders using resource availability, safety stock, and future demand
• Identify material deliveries and expediting needs to meet build schedules
• Track design changes, feature rollout schedules, and production needs
• Manage returned cells, un-build schedules, and inventory returns in ERP
• Finalize work-order bills of materials with Engineering
• Maintain timely and accurate ERP records, work orders, sales orders, and bills of materials
• Develop schedule-planning systems using NetSuite and other planning tools
