About the Role

You will lead end-to-end procurement operations, from supplier sourcing and contract negotiation through purchase orders and fulfillment. You will build procurement systems, analyze deployment demand, manage supplier performance, resolve delivery issues, automate reporting, and report procurement metrics and savings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, a related field, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of purchasing or procurement management experience in a hardware and/or electronics business
• Experience building procurement systems and processes from the ground up
• Experience sourcing, negotiating, and managing supplier contracts
• Budgeting, cost optimization, negotiation, and communication skills
• Proficiency with procurement and vendor-management software
• Authorization to work in the United States throughout employment

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement operations, including supplier sourcing, negotiation, purchase orders, and fulfillment
• Build procurement systems and tools to track purchase orders, vendor commitments, and lead times
• Negotiate supplier contracts and resolve delivery defaults
• Evaluate, onboard, and manage suppliers through performance reviews
• Translate engineering and product requirements into sourcing and purchasing plans
• Analyze demand forecasts and deployment needs
• Coordinate vendors and quality stakeholders to reduce rework and turnaround time
• Use AI-enabled procurement and data tools to automate reporting and sourcing research
• Develop and report procurement metrics, cost savings, and sourcing effectiveness
