About the Role

You will own end-to-end talent content and growth marketing: create high-quality narratives from internal insights, ship content and events quickly, and run distribution across paid, social, partnerships, and events. You will curate conferences and white papers, cultivate external thought-leader partnerships, measure performance, and iterate to improve reach and pipeline.

Requirements

  • 6–10+ years in content brand or growth marketing
  • Proven ability to independently create high-quality content with strong narrative and voice
  • Experience tailoring brand messaging to targeted audiences; experience marketing to engineering communities a plus
  • Strong growth instincts and channel experience for content distribution
  • High ownership and ability to operate with minimal oversight
  • Exceptional editorial judgment and taste
  • Comfortable working directly with senior stakeholders and extracting insights quickly
  • Experience using AI tools or agents to accelerate workflows while maintaining quality

  • Own end-to-end content creation
  • Drive distribution strategy across paid, social, events, and partnerships
  • Build and execute a repeatable content engine
  • Rapidly ship content, events, and campaigns within timelines
  • Curate conference circuit and manage white paper submissions
  • Cultivate partnerships with external engineering thought leaders and produce community meetups
  • Measure and iterate on engagement, reach, and pipeline impact
