About the Role
You will develop brand positioning, messaging, and marketing strategy for B2B enterprise audiences. You will manage multi-channel campaigns, marketing programmes, events, and account-based initiatives. You will align marketing with commercial priorities, measure campaign performance, and use analytics to guide investment decisions.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in financial services, fintech, payments, SaaS, or a related sector
- Experience marketing to B2B and institutional audiences
- Experience working with start-ups and scale-ups across regions
- Experience owning field marketing programmes, executive engagement, account-based programmes, and multi-channel campaigns
- Understanding of institutional client purchasing evaluation processes
- Experience generating measurable pipeline and commercial growth through marketing
- Project management and organisation skills
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
Responsibilities
- Develop company positioning, messaging, and brand identity
- Manage the company website and external PR partners
- Build a B2B enterprise marketing strategy
- Create multi-channel content, email, paid media, and event campaigns
- Execute executive engagement, conference, account-based marketing, and digital programmes
- Align marketing priorities with Product, Sales, and Account Management
- Support regional events and provide on-the-day assistance
- Establish marketing KPIs and performance reporting
- Measure campaign effectiveness and commercial impact
- Use data and analytics to guide investment and resource allocation
