About the Role
You will plan and deliver thematic, product, and regulatory marketing campaigns for corporate clients. You will coordinate internal and external stakeholders, lead related marketing initiatives, analyse campaign reporting and metrics, optimise activities, assess their effectiveness and profitability, manage budgets, and identify opportunities to improve marketing measures.
Requirements
- Degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field, or relevant further education with several years of professional experience
- Ability to translate concepts into practice, ideally in a B2B environment
- Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented work methods
- Stakeholder management
- Ability to communicate complex topics clearly to different audiences
- Fluent written and spoken German; additional Swiss national languages are a plus
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver thematic, product, and regulatory marketing campaigns for corporate clients
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, represent the team in projects, and lead resulting marketing initiatives
- Analyse campaign reporting and metrics to manage and optimise campaigns
- Create effectiveness and profitability assessments for marketing activities and manage budgets
- Identify opportunities to optimise and further develop marketing activities
