About the Role
You will manage external communications channels, including the website and social media platforms. You will develop and execute content strategies, work with senior leaders and subject matter experts on external messaging, optimize channel performance, maintain a consistent brand voice, and manage projects across global stakeholders.
Requirements
- University degree
- 3+ years of experience in communications, content, social media, or a related role
- Excellent English communication skills
- Experience managing external communications channels, including websites and social media platforms
- Content creation skills across formats and audiences
- Understanding of social media strategy, content planning, channel management, and performance measurement
- Project management skills
- Experience collaborating with senior leaders and subject matter experts on external messaging
- Stakeholder management skills
- Experience in the financial industry is a strong plus
Responsibilities
- Manage external communications channels, including the company website and social media platforms
- Develop and execute a content strategy across social media, thought leadership, web content, media materials, presentations, and corporate updates
- Support external messaging development with senior leaders and subject matter experts across regions
- Drive channel management and optimization by tracking performance and improving external communications
- Ensure consistency and quality across external communications and maintain a coherent brand voice
- Manage multiple projects, priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines
- Build relationships across functions, regions, and seniority levels
- Create engaging, high-quality content for target audiences
