About the Role
You will coordinate UK marketing campaigns from launches through promotions, keeping roadmaps and timelines on track. You will draft copy and creative briefs, coordinate partners and stakeholders, support social content, events, sponsorship activations, and process campaign invoices. You will use AI tools for drafting, ideation, research, editing, and workflows while applying critical judgement.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a marketing assistant or junior marketing manager role
- Ability to commute to the Canary Wharf office three days per week
- Native or fluent English
- Design and video briefing skills
- Copywriting and editing skills
- Ability to use AI tools with critical judgement
- Familiarity with CRM or email-marketing platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end delivery of UK marketing campaigns
- Keep campaign roadmaps and timelines on track
- Draft copy for emails, landing pages, and notifications
- Write creative briefs for designers and videographers
- Support sponsorship activations and podcast production
- Coordinate internal teams and external partners
- Support social-media content and posting
- Work on live events and sports activations that support campaigns
- Process invoices and payment administration for campaigns, suppliers, and partners
