About the Role
You will own customer-facing production operations across application and infrastructure layers. You will coordinate deployments, go-lives, support, incident response, documentation, operational controls, and continuous improvement. You will partner with Technology, DevOps, Security, Compliance, and Data Governance while maintaining stable, scalable, and predictable RUN execution.
Requirements
- AWS Solutions Architect experience
- Production operations experience in a SaaS or platform business
- Technical understanding of application dependencies and AWS infrastructure
- AI skills and knowledge of AI toolkits and methods
- Experience stabilising delivery and support as customer volume and complexity increase
- Experience building repeatable deployment, incident, and support processes
- Ability to work between Engineering and Operations
- Technical credibility with DevOps and engineers
- Fluency in English
- Startup environment experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end customer RUN operations, including production environments, deployments, go-lives, migrations, incident response, escalation, and technical support
- Plan and structure RUN work to ensure predictable execution
- Ensure production readiness, stability, and access controls
- Manage SaaS environment provisioning, monitoring, alerting, incident handling, backup, recovery, and disaster readiness
- Coordinate with DevOps and Technology on infrastructure BUILD
- Coordinate with Security and Compliance on data management and controls
- Coordinate and execute customer deployments
- Standardize deployment processes, tooling, and runbooks
- Own support triage, prioritization, and resolution paths
- Define escalation paths to Technology when required
- Drive root-cause analysis and issue prevention
- Own customer-facing and internal operational documentation
- Define operational KPIs and improve RUN processes and tooling
- Ensure compliance evidence and operational controls are consistently produced
