About the Role
You will lead talent strategy, hiring plans, performance and equity cycles, manager coaching, and the People function. You will also take ownership of urgent cross-functional projects, assess organizational needs, support people who need feedback, and improve onboarding, perks, and operating systems.
Requirements
- Experience owning ambiguous 0-to-1 problems close to founders
- Ability to model compensation bands, equity refreshers, and cash-versus-equity tradeoffs
- Experience solving and driving ambiguous high-priority projects
- Ability to coach managers and conduct difficult conversations
- Comfort working in a technical environment
- Knowledge of Dutch employment legal frameworks
- Fluent English
- Dutch is a plus
