About the Role

You will own the hardware program roadmap, including schedules, milestones, dependencies, and risks. You will lead and develop three TPMs, drive design and gate reviews, manage changes and escalations, and provide executive visibility into program status, risks, and roadmap health.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in technical program management
  • Deep hardware experience in mechanical, electrical, or systems-level development
  • 4+ years directly managing TPMs or program managers
  • Familiarity with DFM/DFA, EVT/DVT/PVT validation gates, and ECO/PLM processes
  • Track record of shipping complex hardware systems on schedule at scale
  • Executive communication skills
  • Experience owning ambiguous, high-stakes problems

Responsibilities

  • Own hardware program schedules, milestones, dependencies, and risk tracking
  • Lead and develop a team of three TPMs
  • Partner with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, operations, and safety teams to de-risk programs
  • Drive design reviews, gate reviews, and change management processes
  • Identify blockers, drive resolution, and escalate when needed
  • Create executive status reporting, risk registers, and roadmap visibility
  • Set direction for hardware program management processes, tooling, and metrics
  • Represent hardware program status in cross-functional, executive, and customer-facing settings
  • Partner on organizational design, resourcing, and prioritization tradeoffs
