About the Role
You will build NPI gate definitions, readiness criteria, and change discipline across product families. You will lead and develop TPMs, provide portfolio-level program and risk visibility, define transfer-to-manufacturing standards, and establish ownership between TPMs and engineering technical leads.
Requirements
- 10 or more years of NPI or program-management experience at a hardware OEM or ODM
- 3 or more years leading TPM or NPI teams
- Experience building stage-gate processes, readiness criteria, and ECO discipline
- Experience leading and developing TPM or NPI teams
- Experience managing multiple product lines simultaneously
- Ability to keep NPI processes lightweight enough for engineers to use
Responsibilities
- Build NPI gate definitions, readiness criteria, and ECO change discipline
- Lead and develop the NPI TPM team
- Own portfolio-level program status and risk reporting
- Set transfer-to-manufacturing standards with manufacturing engineering
- Define ownership between TPMs and engineering technical leads
