About the Role

You will lead integrity and attestation engineering for machines, build artifacts, model weights, and server management systems. You will set strategy, deliver security controls, build evidence for security goals, partner with infrastructure and hardware teams, and hire and develop senior security engineers.

Requirements

• 5+ years managing engineering teams.
• 8+ years of hands-on platform, infrastructure, or security engineering experience.
• Experience managing, hiring, developing, and performance-managing senior and staff engineers.
• Experience owning a security or infrastructure domain end to end.
• Hands-on engineering experience in platform security, secure boot and firmware, hardware roots of trust, confidential computing, or software supply chain integrity.
• Threat modeling and risk assessment experience spanning hardware and software.
• Experience leading cross-functional work with partners and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrity roadmap, threat model, priorities, and delivery.
• Design and implement remote attestation, verified boot, hardware roots of trust, and machine identity controls.
• Ensure machines receive credentials and join clusters only after attestation.
• Build provenance systems for signed artifacts and model weights.
• Lead protection of sensitive data through encryption and access controls.
• Secure server management planes and per-device credentials.
• Make security controls repeatable across sites and hardware platforms.
• Partner with compute, data center, hardware, and vendor teams during design.
• Define ownership and preserve security properties when operations transition to partner teams.
• Own integrity evidence for security goals and compliance.
• Hire, develop, retain, and manage senior security software engineers.
