About the Role
You will lead maintenance operations for robotic and automated systems, ensuring equipment reliability, availability, and safety. You will manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs, supervise and coach maintenance personnel, coordinate improvements and repairs, manage inventory and records, and lead structured troubleshooting of recurring equipment issues.
Requirements
- Associate or bachelor's degree in a technical or related field, or equivalent work experience
- At least 7 years of maintenance, automation, or manufacturing experience, including team supervision
- Electromechanical skills, advanced troubleshooting capability, and CMMS platform proficiency
- Technical troubleshooting experience with PLCs, servo drives, sensors, Rockwell Ethernet automation networks, ABB robots, and mechanical transfer systems
- Experience leading and supervising maintenance teams
- Experience with preventive maintenance, including cleaning, lubrication, tolerance checks, electrical measurements, and mechanical inspections
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Business English fluency
- Valid driver's license
Responsibilities
- Lead maintenance operations to ensure automation uptime, reliability, and performance
- Manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs for robotic systems and automation infrastructure
- Supervise maintenance technicians and leads, assign work, establish schedules, and ensure shift coverage
- Implement continuous-improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and improve reliability
- Collaborate with operations, engineering, SRTE, and customer personnel to support operational goals
- Conduct safety training and observations
- Coach maintenance personnel in technical skills and troubleshooting
- Plan, schedule, and monitor maintenance work orders
- Apply root-cause analysis and corrective-action processes to equipment failures and recurring issues
- Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors on repairs, upgrades, and specialized maintenance
- Purchase and manage inventories of materials, parts, and supplies
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, documentation, and reports
- Lead troubleshooting and structured problem-solving for robotic and automation systems
- Maintain work areas according to 5S standards
- Perform additional duties as required
